All clients' data is confidential. Nicknames are OK to use when participating in seminars

or classes. No information about classmates, class content or clients is allowed outside

class rooms or offices.

TERMINATION OF USE

All applications to The Prince Synergy's programs or services are subject to approval

by The Prince Synergy. The Prince Synergy may, in its sole discretion, withdraw,

suspend or discontinue at any time and any content, information, materials, or services,

with or without notice.

      CANCELLATION POLICY

      Payment is due within 10 days of sign up. Cancellations or deferrals must be submitted
      20 days prior to the start of the program for full refund. Due to program preparation
      and schedule, cancellations or deferrals submitted within 20 days prior to the start of
      the program are subject to a fee of one-third of program fee; within 7 days prior to the

      start of the program are subject to two-thirds of program fee. No refund once the
      program starts. If you would like to have someone attend the program in your place,
      The Prince Synergy is happy to make those changes without a fee as long as the person

has the approval of The Prince Synergy. If you have any more questions or need more
