     ABOUT THE FOUNDER

                                         Bin Yang, CEO, Founder
                                                                                            The Prince Synergy
Because of  her unique insights about human beings, Dr. Yang had the nickname
"X-Ray" in medical school. She graduated from Shanghai Medical University School of
Medicine in 1989, and later had residency training in Internal Medicine at a UCLA
affiliated program, and in Psychiatry at Texas Tech School of Medicine.  She also has
a background in business, law and eastern medicine.

When asked why she founded The Prince Synergy, Dr. Yang answered, “I do not want
businesses and individuals to be limited externally or internally, but be able to utilize their
full potential, and protect their success."  So Dr. Yang set up hands-on training and
management consulting for both individuals and organizations.  While our services have
received numerous press from Forbes, Dr. Yang has been listed as a top expert in change
management for CEOs, and in stress management for businesses and schools.

Dr. Yang is also an award-winning public speaker, and has given lectures in human
potential at University of Southern California, International Employee Benefit Society,
corporations, clinics and more.  Some of her insights also come from her personal life
experiences some of which are very dramatic.

One dramatic event was when her mother could not get off a ventilator after a tragic auto
-accident.  The intensive care physicians, her own physicians as well, "concluded" that
her mother would be ventilator dependent for the rest of her life.  Her mother refused to
live on a machine.  Dr. Yang had to hold in her tears to do her own assessment, and found
her mother did not breathe efficiently.  Through a  new way of breathing taught by her,
her mother was taken off the ventilator successfully after only three days! Their rehab
result is also beyond most experts' imagination -- instead of being dependant, her mother
is able to shop, cook and laugh independently, and reminds her of tax return!

She has recently finished her book Free Your Potential & Protect Your Success.  Many
of her articles have been published at Forbes CEO network, Chief Executive and
     ExecWatch

Like most of us, she has faced a series of highly stressful events in her life.  Instead of being
"aged" by those events, she has been able to stay young and energetic, and turned some
disasters into opportunities.  She has volunteered to help abused children, homeless and
injured veterans.  Her interests include cuisine, hiking, horseback riding and more.
